As the threshold of winter draws us inward, this afternoon of Restorative Yoga offers a chance to slow down, soften, and replenish. Supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each long-held posture invites deep rest, while settling the nervous system, melting away fatigue, and nurturing resilience for the season ahead.
You’ll leave feeling restored, grounded, and gently attuned to winter’s quieter rhythms.
Please bring an eye covering such as a scarf, small towel, eye pillow, or mask.
All are welcome, no prior yoga experience needed.
