Empowerment Sound Bath

  • The Castro Room 97 Collingwood Street San Francisco, CA, 94114 United States (map)

Erica Nguyễn is a multidisciplinary Sound Practitioner, who studied Sound Healing and Therapy from teachers in Nepal and California. She values equity and inclusion and is on a mission to create accessible and inclusive sound journeys for everyone, especially the youth, seniors, low-income communities, and disenfranchised groups. Her vision is for everyone to be harmonious and healthy in their mind, body, and soul.

The goal of this sound bath is to bring you into your deepest state of meditation by clearing the mind and calming your nervous system. You will be immersed from head to toe in harmonics from different instruments, eloquently composed rhythms, and vibrations from around the world. You will bathe in Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, harps, chimes, a 32” symphonic gong, and binaural beats. Every month, there will be a different theme for us to explore inwardly.

What to bring: yourself, water, mat, blankets, pillow(s), eye mask, journal and anything that would make you comfortable. Bolsters and blocks will be provided by the studio for additional comfort. If you need a mat, they are available for rent. The more comfortable you are, the deeper the experience.

Please arrive at least 15 min prior to 7:00 pm to set up and settle in.
