This evening is for you: a celebration that combines ancient rituals with contemporary flair, all intended to facilitate connection to your community, your aliveness, and your wholeness. Join us in transforming one of the most iconic yoga venues in San Francisco into a glow-in-the-dark nightscape - complete with all the flows, all the grooves, and all the feels. Beloved Bay Area instructor Rebecca Rogers will lead you through a fun, soulful and vibey flow (both on and off your mat) while the inimitable Geraldine Le Roux aka DJ Fromahj will be laying down a dope mix of down tempo and house music tracks that'll make you want to shake your booty, get your ya-ya's out, and wave your glowsticks in the air like you just don’t care. This uplifting event aims to bring together some of our favorite aspects of Bay Area culture and nightlife while providing a twist on the more traditional yoga class experience (and getting us to bed at a decent hour on a Saturday night, without the regrets or the hangover on Sunday morning). This is a space, just for you, that is wild and free and where all bodies are welcome. Come for the flow, the get down, and the oh so sweet release of a closing Savasana like no other.
