Yoga Lab is an extended practice designed to cultivate depth and exploration in postures we don't always have time for in a regular class setting, as well as to help make complex asana postures feel more digestible and sustainable. Expect a little workshop with flow elements integrated into a full practice. This practice is all levels, however do come prepared for a full body, 2 hour vinyasa class.
