This class is created for all levels of practitioners and can be accessed by everybody. Movements are steady and deliberate, and will bring about strength, flexibility, focus and expansion of the heart. Every class is different but follows the same template: meditation, breathwork, sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, options for inversions, deep holds, back bends and eventually the long awaited Savasana.
