Spirit of Yin: A Medicinal Movement Art

  • The Castro Room 97 Collingwood Street San Francisco, CA, 94114 United States (map)

A restorative practice infused with Chinese Medicine cosmology that attunes to the current seasonal cycle and corresponding meridian systems. Each session is intuitively imbued with sensory elements to soothe the nervous system and root the spirit.

Yin is reflected in the quiet interior space where soul memory and wisdom reside. It is a return to our source — to the terrain of body and soul.

Guided by the wisdom of Yin, this ritual movement invites remembrance of the body's natural rhythms of healing and regeneration. Renew your essence through this return to harmony, serenity, and recognition of the sacred within.

Elements of the experience may include:

• Yin philosophy & meridian wisdom
• Medicinal movement & restorative shapes
• Meditative sound & ethereal soundscapes
• Transmission of energy healing & subtle medicine
