You're invited to return to your natural rhythm through Still Waters: A Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath — a meditative sound bath rooted in the ancient tradition of Nāda Yoga, the yoga of sound.
Nāda Yoga teaches that sound is not only a tool for healing, but a path to union with the self and the divine. In this practice, we use the pure tones of Tibetan singing bowls to guide you inward, both through listening and through the direct placement of bowls on the body. As the bowls resonate, their vibrations travel through your cells and energy centers, gently dissolving tension and bringing your system into balance.
Through the natural process of entertainment, your brain waves begin to harmonize with the sustained tones, inviting a deep meditative state where restoration and insight can unfold. The experience is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment without force, only vibration. You are simply invited to lie down, rest, and receive.
No experience is necessary, simply come as you are.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask for optimal comfort. Yoga mats are available for rental. Yoga bolsters and blankets will be available. Limited spots available to allow for individual attention.
