What is your #1 priority as a teacher? What do you most hope to impart to your students?Embodiment, strength, regulation.

Why is this important to you?I believe strength and regulation create deeper connection to ourselves and to others.

How would you describe your style of class? My classes are strong, intentional, and intelligently built. I focus on thoughtful sequencing that helps everything feel connected, purposeful, and intuitive from beginning to end. The challenge builds gradually and often sneaks up on you in the best way. Students can expect grounded, powerful movement rooted in strong foundations, with clear purpose behind every pose, transition, and theme. My goal is for people to leave class feeling more connected to themselves and wondering how the practice somehow gave them exactly what they needed that day.

Who is/are/were your principal teacher(s)?Jason Crandell and Judith Hanson Lasater.

From what lineage(s) do you take inspiration?Hatha Vinyasa, Movement Science, and Nervous System Regulation.

How warm do you like the room?70-80°F.

What's your favorite yoga book? The Inner Tradition of Yoga by Michael Stone.
