Autumn is the season of the Metal element—a space for refinement and release. It invites us to return to the rhythm of being and restore our sense of harmony with the natural world.
Ashley will guide a medicinal movement ritual rooted in Chinese medicine cosmology, infused with poetry and philosophy. Our practice will orient around the current seasonal cycle and corresponding organ system and energy meridians --Lung and Large Intestine.
Experience an ambient soundscape to support nervous system soothing, echoing the subtle energetics of the autumn season.

Ashley is a healing arts practitioner devoted to restoring the spirit and artistry of medicine. Rooted in ancient wisdom and ancestral healing traditions, her work weaves medicinal movement, mystic philosophy, and energy medicine to cultivate a meditative field of healing and renewal.
She is currently pursuing a dual master’s and doctoral degree in Classical Chinese Medicine and has spent the past decade immersed in studies of natural and spiritual forms of healing.
Offerings include healing treatments, seasonal ceremonies, and holistic retreats that regenerate health and restore one’s essential nature.
