A Nervous System Recalibration for Deep Renewal

The body has wisdom and it also holds stories of stress. You’re invited to enter a space of quiet restoration where body, mind, and spirit can soften back into balance.

We’ll move through a deeply nourishing somatic and restorative practice designed to soothe your nervous system and invite profound rest.

Guided by Keegan, you’ll be led through a sequence of restorative postures, mindful breathwork, and subtle somatic movement (vagal toning breath & body practices), each supported with abundant props to cradle the body with ease. Through this experience, you’ll begin to unwind the layers of stress the body holds, consciously or unconsciously, restoring your natural rhythm of regulation and self-healing. We’ll end this workshop with an extended savasana surrounded by the healing vibrations of sound through Tibetan & Crystal Sound Bowls, Chimes, Gong, and harmonium.

This is a practice to help you leave feeling deeply rested, resourced and reconnected to your inner peace.

Please bring an eye pillow and journal.
