Because our body is our home, it is necessary to cleanse and purify it on a regular basis for optimum health and well-being. Cleansing helps us refocus on what’s important — ridding our body, mind, and spirit of accumulated “toxins” — allowing us to reconnect to our own truth and vitality.
In this workshop, we will explore:
• Breathing techniques to help cleanse our physical and energetic bodies.
• A vigorous flow designed to cleanse the internal organs and relieve the body of bloating, fatigue, anxiety, and irritability — improving digestion and elimination.
• Twists, hip openers, inversions, and kriyas (e.g. nauli, agni sara, uddiyana bandha — deep cleansing core work).
Prepare to leave feeling lighter and more energized!
Please bring a yoga mat and a hand towel (or rolled-up mat).
