Through guided meditation, song, and prayer we will align with the harmonious energies of the equinox and set intentions for the unfolding season ahead. To integrate the cacao medicine and embody our prayers, we’ll then begin our Ritual Flow journey led by Rachel Wilkins set to a live DJ set by Natalya Suttmiller. Inspired by the spiraling, awakening movement of kundalini shakti, our Ritual Flow will be a merging of intuitive movement, dynamic asanas, and dance-inspired kriyas designed to help us tap into our unbound creative potential. Together we’ll celebrate the collective reawakening of the Spring Equinox and call in a new season of transformation, metamorphosis, blossoming, liberation, abundance, and hope.
